Charlotte is amazing, not just with her quality of service but also with her ability to be accommodating. I’ve gone to her for straightening for years, now I don’t even live in London but I made the 3 hour round trip for my appointment with her. Well worth it.

Charlotte did a great job on my hair. I did the yuko hair straightening treatment, and the result is amazing. She transformed my afro into a much more manageable condition. My hair is now straight , soft and silky.

I had a good time! Charlotte was very nice and friendly and I loved how meticulously she took care of my hair and did everything as requested. She was truly professional and considerate and did a great job!!
Charlotte was welcoming from before I set foot in the salon by her smile. She listened to what I wanted,and met my expectations. She’s a lovely, professional and friendly Lady. I recommend Tresses Excel and Charlotte to anyone.
Charlotte listened to what I wanted and was very patient with my requests throughout the cut. I have a very short pixie hairstyle and also asked her to refine the fringe when the cut was finished, which she did straight away. I’m giving it 4 stars because the following day I realised the shaving machine had cut my neck, but I still plan to go back.
Charlotte was absolutely amazing. Cute small hairdresser but a comfortable environment to be in. I felt like I was being taken care of by family and will be heading back for a treatment.
Charlotte was very patient with my spiral perm, she really took the time to carefully put my very long hair in rollers and never tried to rush it. And there was no question that she’s a very experienced and skilful hair stylist. She provided helpful advice on how to maintain the perm afterwards. I’m so in love with my curls! (P.S. I had a little incident after my hair was done and Charlotte was kind enough to help me sort it out.) Definitely recommend going to her salon!

The salon owner was so friendly and she literally listened to exactly what i was asking for (normally hairdressers don’t listen) and it came out just as I wanted. I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received at this salon was so good that I could not do so. the salon owner was very attentive to detail and dealt with me very professionally. I was also impressed with how neat and tidy the shop was. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone who wants to get their hair done beautifully and receive the same type of service.

For the past 3 years I never feel good with my hair stylings, though I got a very bad untreated hair but getting to Tresses Excel, the lovely welcome and the warmly caring makes me feel at home. The friendly stylist Charlotte with her wonderful magic hands gave me a very nice touch with a curly weave hair style, that makes my husband appreciate and recommended my beauty again for the past 10 years if I could remember. I recommend Charlotte as a great hair stylist, I have ever met in London.

She has always provided a professional service in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I have been coming to Tresses Excel for well over 4 years now, and have seen it grow from strength to strength to strength. The level of professionalism and customer service is unparalleled and I would advise anyone looking for a quality and reliable salon to come to Tresses Excel.
